1. Free Eligibility Call
Everything starts with a 20-minute conversation on WhatsApp or phone. We ask about your work situation, income, family, and timeline, and we tell you — honestly — whether you qualify and which pathway fits you best.
There's no sales pressure on this call. If you're not a fit yet, we'll tell you what would need to change and stay in touch for when the timing is right.
2. Document Collection
Once you decide to move forward, we send you a personalized checklist based on your exact situation — employment type, family status, and chosen pathway.
You don't have to figure out what's needed on your own. Every document on the list comes with a short explanation of why it's needed, where to get it, and any formatting requirements Spanish authorities expect.
3. Legal Preparation
This is where our partner immigration lawyer takes over the technical work. Your documents are reviewed for compliance with Spanish requirements, Apostille certification is coordinated for documents issued outside Spain, and sworn Spanish translations are arranged where needed.
We catch the small errors that cause most rejections — incorrect dates, missing stamps, translations that don't meet the sworn-translator standard — before they become a problem.
4. Application Filed
Your complete file is submitted to the relevant Spanish authority — either the Spanish Consulate in Dubai for the 1-year visa pathway, or the Unidad de Grandes Empresas (UGE) in Spain for the 3-year residency pathway.
Processing typically takes around 20 business days from a complete, correctly filed application. We track your file and follow up on your behalf if anything is needed.
5. Welcome to Spain
Once your residency is approved, the real transition begins. We help you obtain your NIE (foreigner identification number), open a Spanish bank account, complete your Beckham Law tax registration with Hacienda, and get oriented on housing in your chosen city.
